PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric element excellent in adhesiveness between an electrical conductor and a dielectric. SOLUTION: The dielectric element 10 comprises a first electrical conductor 12, and a dielectric 14 provided on the first electrical conductor. An intermediate region 16 is formed between the first conductor and the dielectric. In the intermediate region, an additive which is different from both the first conductor and the dielectric is intermingled with the dielectric.
