PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway device which manages resources on an internal network (second network) before transmitting an instruction from an external network (first network) to a device connected to the internal network. SOLUTION: The gateway device has a first network communication part, a second network communication part, a command conversion part 15 and a control part 13. The device has a resource management part 14 which manages the resources on the second network, the resource management part 14 confirms, secures and releases the resources on the second network.
