PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding portable communication device that can prevent a microphone hole from being covered with a finger, prevents respective case from plays when the device is folded, and can place telephone calls, even when the cases are folded with a display part out. SOLUTION: The folding portable communication device has a first projection part 28a, which projects to a display surface of a first case 1, formed nearby an opening/closing shaft 4 for the operation surface of a second case 2, and the microphone hole 251 is formed nearby the first projection part 28a.
