PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal fixing material for a distal radius, securely preventing the shortening dislocation. SOLUTION: The internal fixing material 1 comprises a reinforcing plate 2, a locking pin 4 for fixing a distal arm 3 of the reinforcing plate 2, and a screw 6 for fixing a plate proximal part 5. If the distal radius 7 is fractured, the reinforcing plate 2 is set for recovering the fractured part 8, and is fixed by inserting the locking pin 4 in the distal part and screwing the screw 6 into a diaphysis part 9 in the proximal part. The locking pin 4 has a curved shaft 4a insertable along the inner face 11a of a cortical bone 11 on the joint face side 10 of the distal radius 7.
