Device and a procedure for managing short-lived and free created content for value added telecommunication services enables effective, fast and cheap publishing and searching of different, mostly short-lived, free created content with the help of innovative interaction of mobile users and the device itself and offers the possibility of more dynamic and more active content creation and retrieval. The device accepts, recognizes, processes, checks, frames, stores, searches and distributes published ads. The device is primarily orientated to the communication with the help of SMS/MMS messages. The device supports communication that is being held on WAP, WEB and E-mail. Besides that, more experienced users have the possibility of downloading client application on their mobile phones and do the advanced publishing/searching of the content.
