<p>A cookware with copper composite plate, the body of the cookware is made of a 4-ply copper composite plate, and the bottom of the cookware is made of a 3-ply metal composite plate wherein outer layer is stainless steel. The method of manufacturing the cookware is that: first, the copper composite plate comprising a T2 copper layer, a 409 or 430 stainless steel layer, a 1050 pure aluminum layer, and a 304 stainless steel layer is selected, after the copper composite plate is formed by stretching, the T2 copper layer which is the outer layer of the bottom of the cookware is removed, thereby the exposed stainless steel layer can be directly contacted with an induction cooker. Then the organosilicon copper protectant is sprayed on the T2 copper layer which is the outer layer of the cookware.</p> |
