A neutral position control device of a transmission gear shift lever is provided to enable continuous angle adjustment for select zero point control between a transmission gear shift lever and a transmission. A neutral position control device of a transmission gear shift lever comprises a connection pipe(10), which belongs to the transmission gear shift lever and is integrally formed with a connection pipe(20) belonging to a control shaft. A fixing groove is formed at the peripheral surface of one side of the connection pipe(20) after separating the connection pipe(10) from the connection pipe(20) such that a control member(30) is integrally formed with one side of the connection pipe(10) in such a manner that continuous angle adjustment for select zero point control is performed between the transmission gear shift lever and a transmission.
