PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an excessive load is imposed on a network because relaying apparatuses do not take routing into account in a system wherein communication is executed between a wired LAN and a wireless LAN resulting in that a packet transmitted from a terminal or an apparatus on the wired LAN is entirely broadcast to the whole wireless LAN. SOLUTION: In a network system disclosed herein provided with: a first relaying apparatus connected to a wired network and a wireless network; second relaying apparatuses for relaying data in the wireless network; first terminals wirelessly connected to the first relaying apparatus; and second terminals wirelessly connected to the second relaying apparatuses, the first relaying apparatus stores: first information for cross-referencing addresses of the second terminals, identifiers of groups to which the second terminals belong, identifiers of the second relaying apparatuses with each other; and second information for cross-referencing identifiers of groups resulting from virtually separating the wired network and the identifiers of the groups to which the second terminals belong with each other and transmits packets on the basis of the first or second information.
