PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery case material which is resistant to steam permeation, thermal creep, and an impact. SOLUTION: This material is a resin composition which comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin as a matrix phase, the propylene polymer part having a density of 0.905 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or higher and an MFR of 0.1-12, and (b) 0.5-10 pts.wt. of a disperse phase polymer comprising a specific (b-1) or (b-2). The interfacial phase for forming the interface between the component (a) and the component (b) is (c) a hydrogenated block copolymer which is prepared by hydrogenating a block copolymer comprising at least two polymer blocks A formed mainly from an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B formed mainly from a conjugated diene compound.
