PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an own-vehicle location identifying device capable of identifying own vehicle location with high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: An own vehicle location computing section 14 is equipped with an indoor/roof identifying section 28 for identifying whether own vehicle exists in a building of parking facilities, and after having determined that own vehicle exists in the building, further identifying whether own vehicle exists on the rooftop of the building, a parking facility identifying section 30 for identifying whether own vehicle has escaped from the parking facility, and a identifying controller 32 for implementing identification controlling so as to avoid being determined that own vehicle has escaped from the parking facility by the parking facility identifying section 30, when own vehicle is determined as still existing on the rooftop of the building.
