The milling tool has a rotating milling head that rotates with respect to a rotation axis to form a recess on a bone surface. The rotating milling head has cutters with cutting edges radially arranged with respect to the rotation axis. The outer ends of the cutting edges are arranged at equal intervals. The radial inner ends of the cutting edges are arranged in different groups with respect to the rotation axis. The cutting edges include long cutting edges (1) and short cutting edges (2).
