<p>The series-connected cells (14) form two groups (14, 24). These are connected to a two-position switch (20). In the first switch position, the groups are connected in series, in the second, in parallel. A rotary-, toggle- or slide switch is used. The hand tool is an electric drill and/or a battery screwdriver. The tool has two heads, each capable of being swiveled into the working position. The swivel mechanism is connected electrically or mechanically to the series/parallel battery switch.</p> |
