METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING AUDIO DATA FOR USE IN MULTIMEDIA RING BACK TONE ALTRENATIVE SERVICE

An audio data transmission method for a multimedia RBT(Ring Back Tone) alternative service, a system thereof, and a device thereof are provided to configure a frame after encoding a sound source in consideration of a wireless channel, thereby preventing errors from being generated on two audio frames due to an error of one time slot. An RBT alternative sound source is encoded by an audio CODEC(Coder Decoder) to generate plural audio frames(S810). The audio frames are applied to a time slot of a wireless channel to conduct a sound source framing task, and plural sound source framing units are generated(S820,S830). It is checked whether a portion of a header within a particular audio frame is included(S840). If so, the portion of the header is moved to the next sound source framing unit of the particular sound source framing unit(S850). Audio data of a region corresponding to the portion of the header is moved to an empty region to which the portion of the header is moved, from the particular sound source framing unit of the next sound source framing unit(S860).
