<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional food and drink highly safe without suppressing the central nerve and having excellent in blood pressure lowering action. <P>SOLUTION: The functional food and drink contains as the active ingredients at least one ingredient selected from ascorbic acid, ascorbic acid derivative, and ascorbic acid calcium, vitamin B group including folic acid, niacin and pantothenic acid, and β-glucan.
