<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for purging a content (data) of a data storage device provided to a computing device. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises an RFID device that generates a starting signal that indicates an order for purging data of a data storage device in response to receipt of an RFID signal, and a control means that responds to the starting signal received from the RFID device to call up a logic to start a physical purge of the data of the data storage device. Applying the GPS and RFID allows the movement of an object to be detected, an alert to be triggered, and a data signal to call up a logic to generate the purge of a disk or data to be generated, ensuring that a computing device of which code is leaked has no data that can be recovered or accessed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
