<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that is a system having a high responsiveness in which supply pressure of a fuel gas can be varied appropriately depending on operation state of the fuel cell, and furthermore, in which an operation sound of an injector is hard to become displeasing to an operator. <P>SOLUTION: This is the fuel cell system 1 provided with the fuel cell 10, with an injector 35 which is installed in a gas supply passage 31 of the fuel cell 10 and which regulates a state of the gas in its upper stream side, and supplies the gas to the down stream side, and with a control means 4 that drive-controls the injector 35.
