<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composting equipment capable of stable operation even if long litter is incorporated, continuing aerobic fermentation by circulating a part of compost as seed compost and being applied for a domestic garbage disposal by solving problems that a continuous operation is difficult in a conventional compost equipment and it is necessary that a microbial culture bed in a domestic garbage disposal is periodically changed because the litter is entangled in a strawyard waste having a lot of litter though the composting equipment is for composting organic materials by positively carrying out agitation to accelerate the aerobic fermentation. <P>SOLUTION: In the composting equipment, raw materials such as the strawyard waste and subsidiary materials are composted by cutting the supplied raw materials by cutting blades attached to a screw conveyer below the raw material supply hopper with a fixed interval and a fixed blade attached to the throat part of the supply hopper, supplying the raw materials and the subsidiary materials with the seed compost to a mixing and agitating chamber and agitating while supplying air to accelerate the aerobic fermentation.
