<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information terminal capable of preventing the lowering of operability of a touch panel even if a vehicle vibrates. <P>SOLUTION: Vibration of the self vehicle is detected, and a scale changing button 22 is magnified and displayed in accordance with its vibrating quantity.
