<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transmission system using a digital pen, in which an e-mail can be prepared and transmitted without requiring key input by utilizing a method near to letter preparation based on conventional handwriting. <P>SOLUTION: The mail transmitting/receiving system using the digital pen is constituted so that the digital pen owned by a mail transmitter, a terminal owned by a mail receiver and a management server for mediating mail transmission/reception between the mail transmitter and the mail receiver, are connected through an electronic communication means. The digital pen comprises a digital pen ID storage means, a camera, a processor, and a data transfer module.
