摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound photoelectric conversion element showing a high conversion efficiency and a high carrier transportation efficiency which can be manufactured inexpensively, and to provide a method for manufacturing the compound photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: This compound photoelectric conversion element is provided with a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate, an n-type semiconductor layer including nano carbon materials formed on the first electrode; a p-type organic semiconductor layer including an organic compound formed on the n-type semiconductor layer; and a second electrode formed on the p-type organic semiconductor layer, and characterized so that at least one of the n-type semiconductor layer and the p-type organic semiconductor layer can be formed by a print method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
