<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic element which comprises a transparent conductive film capable of enhancing a weather resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic element 1 comprises an n-type monocrystal silicon substrate, and the transparent conductive film which is formed on a surface of the n-type monocrystal silicon substrate with an orientation of (222), and also contains an indium oxide film having two X-ray diffraction peaks. The two X-ray diffraction peaks of the indium oxide film comprise a first peak on the low angle side and a second peak on the high angle side which has a smaller peak intensity than the peak intensity of the first peak. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
