PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive joining member for adequately acquiring an electrical and thermal connecting route between members to be connected without dependence on connection among fillers within a conductive joining member such as a conductive adhesive. SOLUTION: In a sheet type conductive joining member 30 for connection with a member to be connected at both surfaces 30a, 30b thereof, a metal layer 32 for electrical connection among both members to be connected and a resin layer 31 for mechanical connection are arranged to be extended in the thickness direction of the conductive joining member 30, these layers are alternately laminated in the direction in orthogonal crossing with the relevant thickness direction, one end of the metal layer 32 and one end of the resin layer 31 in the relevant thickness direction are moreover exposed at one surface 30a of the conductive joining member 30, and the other end of both layers 31, 32 in the relevant thickness direction are also exposed at the other surface 30b of the conductive joining member 30.
