PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a centrifugally molded concrete pipe which can facilitate the finish of the pipe and increase external pressure strength. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the centrifugally molded concrete pipe, the outer layer of the centrifugally molded concrete pipe is centrifugally molded. After that, the method for producing the centrifugally molded concrete pipe which centrifugally molds the inner layer by using mortar containing cement, calcium aluminate, gypsum, a coagulation adjusting agent, and fine aggregate in an amount of 50-300 parts per 100 parts of a binding material comprising cement, calcium aluminate, and gypsum is constituted. Next, the centrifugally molded concrete pipe produced by the method for producing the centrifugally molded concrete pipe in which the thickness of the inner layer is 2 mm-30% of the thickness of the pipe, the method for producing the centrifugally molded concrete pipe in which in centrifugally molding conditions for centrifugally molding the inner layer, after it is rotated at 2.5 G gravitational acceleration, it is compacted at 20-40 G for 5-15 min.
