PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery application apparatus capable of surely making battery function disappear when an exhaust valve is operated and enhancing safety in overcharge. SOLUTION: In the battery application apparatus mounting one or many batteries 2 each formed by housing a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and an electrolyte in a battery case 3, the battery 2 has an exhaust valve 7, which is opened by increase in the pressure inside the battery case 3, arranged so as to position in the lower part when the battery 2 is mounted on the battery application apparatus.
