PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guidance system for safely guiding and evacuating occupants when emergency occurs in a closed road, a tunnel, etc., and on-vehicle equipment and a roadside unit thereof. SOLUTION: An evacuation guidance system is provided comprising; a roadside unit equipped with a transmission means to transmit information on a facility for emergency including location of the facility for emergency to a vehicle; on-vehicle equipment having a receiving means to receive facility information for emergency; a storage means for on-vehicle equipment to store received facility information for emergency; a position detection means to detect location of the vehicle; a search instruction means instructing to retrieve evacuation guidance information; a search means to search the facility for emergency from the facility information for emergency based on search instruction and the location of the vehicle; and a notification means to notify the location of searched facility for emergency.
