PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance encryption strength while suppressing the load imposed on processing of encryption and decryption. SOLUTION: When communication from a server 1 to a terminal device 2 is carried out, processing to reduce autocorrelation is applied to plaintext data first, and encryption processing is performed to the secondary data which is the data obtained in the result. Then, a ciphertext generated through the encryption is transmitted via a network 3. The terminal device 2 can take out the secondary data by performing decryption processing to the received ciphertext, and performs processing (post processing) to restore the autocorrelation to the taken-out secondary data to obtain plaintext data.
