PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a projecting position with easy operation in a projector device installed at a desired position on a desk or the like so as to project an image. SOLUTION: The projector device has a projector 21 fixed at the edge part of the adjustable arm 1 and can change the projecting position of the projector 21 by deforming the adjustable arm 1. The adjustable arm 1 has an edge arm 113 for fixing the projector 21 so that the center axis of the edge arm 113 and the optical axis R of the projector 21 may have a predetermined angle in such a state that the tilt angle of the center axis to a reference axis holds a fixed angle; tilt angle variable arms 111 and 112 provided between an arm supporting shaft 3 and the edge arm 113 and having hinge parts 121 to 123; and an edge arm tilt angle adjusting device (wire 13, tensioning means 14, pulleys 151 to 153) acting so that the tilt angle of the edge arm 113 may hold a fixed angle when the tilt angle variable arm is tilted.
