PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the visual check of rocker arms positioned in a head cover while using structure in which an upper bearing is integrated with the head cover, in the camshaft support structure of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The rocker arms 20, 24 are incorporated in a cylinder head 10 of the internal combustion engine. Camshafts 26, 28 are arranged so that the rocker arms 20, 24 are abutted on cams. The camshafts 26, 28 are rotatably supported by a lower bearing 34 supporting them from below and the upper bearing 32 integrated with the head cover 30. View windows are disposed in the head cover 30 so as to visually check the rocker arms 20, 24 through the head cover.
