In a state that a #1 lower bearing member 42 is combined with a #1 upper bearing 40 and in a state that two upper cam carrier integrated head covers 34 are combined with each other so that their longitudinal directions are opposite to each other, the bearing hole processing of each of the upper bearing parts 40 and a #1 lower bearing 44 is performed from one end side of the head cover 34.
