PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of oil in a cylinder head and effectively inhibit formation of sludge by eliminating stagnation of oil in a cylinder head. SOLUTION: First injection nozzle parts 61a, 61b, 62a, 62b injecting oil L to a valve gear 20 and second injection nozzle parts 63a, 63b, 63c supplying oil L to depressed parts 72, 73, 71 opening on the cylinder head 12 are provided on an oil passage forming member 50 in a lubricating oil supply device for an internal combustion engine supplying oil L to the valve gear 20 in the cylinder head 12 through the oil passage forming member 50 including a plurality of the injection nozzle parts 61a, 61b, 62a, 62b.
