PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a resonant current at low cost, even in a current resonant converter where a transformer is connected to a high side. SOLUTION: An auxiliary capacitor Cs for detection of a resonant current is connected between the junction between a resonant capacitor Cr and a resonant inductor Lr to be connected in series with primary winding Np and the minus side of input voltage power source Vs, in a current resonant converter whose transformer T is connected with the plus side of the input (DC) power source Vs, and a current flowing to this capacitor Cs is detected with a resistor Rs, whereby cost reduction is made possible.
