摘要 <p>A process for producing semiconductor nanoparticles of the core/shell structure which are capable of becoming an optical element having excellent optical properties. The process for semiconductor nanoparticle production is characterized by comprising a step in which a semiconductor nanoparticle precursor in the form of droplets is heated/burned in a microreactor channel having a tube diameter of 1 µm to 3 mm. Preferably, the process for semiconductor nanoparticle production is characterized by comprising a precursor formation step in which a semiconductor nanoparticle precursor is formed, a step in which a solution containing the semiconductor nanoparticle precursor formed is formed into droplets, and a step in which the droplets of the solution containing the semiconductor nanoparticle precursor are heated/burned, these steps being conducted in a microreactor channel having a tube diameter of 1 µm to 3 mm.</p>
