OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium having high productivity and to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium includes: an intermediate layer forming step for forming an intermediate layer on a substrate; and a recording layer forming step for applying a dye containing coating liquid on the intermediate layer and forming a recording layer, wherein the intermediate layer in the intermediate layer forming step is formed by pulse DC sputtering. The optical information recording medium is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium.
