<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover body of a housing vessel which prevents displacement of a rotary cam and distributes torque applied to the rotary cam by a simple structure, while preventing the inside of the housing vessel from being contaminated, and to provide the housing vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The cover body includes a position regulation means 20 which regulates a stationary position of the cam member 14 after protruding a latch arm 15 from the cover body 4 and locking it to a vessel body 2, and distributes torque eliminating the necessity to apply "force for maximizing a protruding amount of the latch arm 15" and "force for moving the cam member 14 to a predetermined stationary position" to the cam member 14 simultaneously. Efficiency of assembly work is improved and a cost is reduced by eliminating the necessity for a conventional spring, reducing the number of components and simplifying the structure.
