<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing program with the performance optimized, while suppressing the noise generated on a super-resolution image, even when high-frequency, element is included, or any pattern is hardly included, in an image. <P>SOLUTION: The reference frame of a low-resolution image frame column which is inputted to an image data input part 1 is selected by a reference frame selecting part 4, interpolation processing is carried out to the image data on the reference frame, and an interpolated image is prepared by an interpolated image generation part 5. This interpolated image is divided into blocks of predetermined sizes so that the frequency components of each block can be calculated by a frequency component analyzing part 6. The sizes of the bases of back projection functions, or point spread functions, to be performed by an image reconfiguring part 9 and parameters, such as the number of times of repeated arithmetic operations to be used for super-resolution processing, are set by a super-resolution parameter setting part 7, according to the distribution circumstances of the frequency components of each block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
