<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stairs of fine appearance with simple assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: The stairs has right and left girders 1 having grooves 10 opened to upper faces 1a; a plurality of brackets 2 fastened into the grooves 10 by fastening means 24; treads 3 rigidly mounted over the right and left brackets 2; groove covers 5 mounted to the girders 1 to block the grooves 10; and risers 4 mounted to the groove covers 5. Since the risers 4 are mounted to the groove covers 5, the risers 4 can be easily mounted to simplify assembly work of the stairs, and the fastening means 24 for fastening the brackets 2 to the girders 1 are invisible because of being covered with the groove covers 5 to provide the stairs of fine appearance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
