PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal facility dispensing with a water storage tank for storing clean water for conveying crushed garbage, and a trap part used as a temporary storage part of the crushed garbage, and attaining water saving at the same time. SOLUTION: The garbage disposal facility comprises a crushing device 20 having a crushing container 22 and a crushing mechanism 34; a discharge pipe 50; a discharge end 52 provided rotatably around the axis of the discharge pipe 50 in an upward rising form from the end of the discharge pipe 50 so that its upper end forms a discharge port 62; and a rotating drive motor 56 for rotating the discharge end 52.
