PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the average perimeter of winding differs since the length of teeth at a circular yoke differs from that of teeth at a linear one in a compact, high-output, and flat brushless motor; the resistance value of the wiring of the teeth varies; and hence controllability and starting properties have problems. SOLUTION: An insulator is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of a core for wiring. In the insulator, the width of a portion attached to the teeth at the circular yoke is adjusted so that the average perimeter in wiring of each phase becomes equal. Therefore, variations in the wiring resistance value of each phase are restrained without decreasing output and increasing a cogging torque, thus providing the motor having high controllability and starting properties.
