PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact-type displacement gauge easy to assemble while securing a waterproof property. SOLUTION: A head part 100A consists mainly of a head case 110, a shaft cover portion 200, a shaft portion 300, and a frame portion 400. The head case 110 is an approximately rectangular solid, having an opening portion in one face. The frame portion 400 is stored in the head case 110. The frame portion 400 consists of a board frame 410, a circuit board 420, a cylindrical bobbin 430, a cylindrical magnetic shield 440, a spring 450, and a rod thermistor 460. The frame portion 400 is mounted in the head case 110, through the opening portion CD of the head case 110.
