PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for removing restrictions imposed on a mobile terminal, when the mobile terminal exits from a restriction area or when the restrictions need to be removed, even inside the restriction control area. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 100 has a function of communication etc., restricted once receiving a restriction signal sent from a first transmitter 120A installed inside the restriction area 200 and has the restriction removed once, receiving a restriction release signal sent from a second transmitter 120B installed outside the restriction area. This mobile terminal 100 has a releasing function for manually removing restrictions, but the releasing function cannot be used, when a manual restriction release restriction signal sent from a third transmitter 120C installed in the restriction area is received.
