PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display device which suppresses the occurrence of cross talk to be able to display a fine image. SOLUTION: The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel which has a front board 1 carrying a plurality of display electrodes 3, 4 and a rear board 2 carrying data electrodes 8 that are so arranged as to cross the display electrodes 3, 4, the front board 1 and rear board 2 being arranged to be counter to each other across a partition wall 9 to form a discharge space. The plasma display device also includes a chassis which holds the plasma display panel at the front face of the chassis and a drive circuit block for driving the plasma display panel at the rear face. The partition wall 9 is composed of horizontal partition walls 9a and vertical partition walls 9b that are combined into a curb shape.
