PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle having high corrosion resistance and a low resistance value, which is suppressed in separation of a conductive layer during production and thermal compression bonding as well as migration during use; and to provide an anisotropic conductive material obtained by using such a conductive fine particle. SOLUTION: This conductive fine particle is composed of a base fine particle having a conductive layer wherein a nickel layer, a silver layer and a layer of a noble metal nobler than silver are sequentially formed on a surface thereof.
