PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a terminal stand by which a terminal stand is electrically connected surely between its housing and a female screw, and the top surface of the female screw is made to be flat, and no mechanical looseness and stable electric connection can be established between the housing and a crimp terminal, thereby being capable of preventing the spinning of the female screw. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a terminal stand comprises the steps of preparing a housing member 20 in which a receptive hole 25 is formed in its upper plate and a counterbore 27 is formed on the inner circumferential wall of the receptive hole, and recessed grooves 31 are formed by cutting a part of the inner circumferential wall at multipule places; preparing a nut member 40 which consists of a cylinder 41 having a screw on its inner circumferential wall and a protrusion 51 which is formed upright on the upper surface of the cylinder 41 in a circular wall shape; and enlarging the inner diameter of the protrusion 51 by a high-spin caulking tool 61 with the nut 40 member abutting agaist the housing member 20, and consequently securing the nut 40 member to the housing member 20.
