PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet distribution device securely preventing wobbling in the left-right direction and accurately storing a tablet cassetter in a support table. SOLUTION: The tablet cassetter with a distribution rotor for taking out a prescribed number of tablets is detachably mounted in the tablet distribution device, and a gear for driving the distribution rotor is disposed to project on the support table. A gear case is disposed to project from the support table. The gear case has a pair of left and right side panels 14a, and a subordinate gear 35 to be engaged with the gear on the support table is disposed under the tablet cassetter. The rotation of the subordinate gear is locked by a leaf spring 37. A pair of left and right rotary rollers 41 are disposed to project under the tablet cassetter to rotate while abutting to the gear case when the tablet cassetter is stored or taken out, and also an arm to support the rotary rollers in such a way as oscillatable in the left-right direction is disposed under the tablet cassetter.
