<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pump device capable of appropriately performing the discharge pressure control of a working fluid according to an engine load by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This oil pump device is provided with an oil pump having a first discharge port 31 and a second discharge port 32 for discharging a working fluid; a first oil passage 9 connecting an oil feeding passage 5 for feeding oil to a part to which the working fluid is fed with the first discharge port 31 of the oil pump, and feeding the working fluid from the first discharge port 31 to the oil feeding passage 5; a second oil passage 10 connected to the first discharge port 31 and different from the first oil passage 9; a third oil passage 11 connected with the second discharge port 32; an oil return passage 7 communicated with an intake port 2 and returning the working fluid from the first and second discharge ports 31, 32 to the intake port 2; and a first valve element 4 making the second oil passage 10 communicate with the third oil passage 11 and shutting off the second oil passage from the third oil passage.
