PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital single lens reflex camera with a through-image display function that can display a through-image with ease of use depending on applications. SOLUTION: The digital single lens reflex camera includes: a first reflection mirror 201 for switching object luminous flux passing through photographing lenses 101a, 10b between first and second optical paths; a main CCD 221 arranged in the first optical path and receiving the object luminous flux; an in-finder CCD 279 for receiving the object luminous flux via a finder optical system arranged in the second optical path; a CCD switching circuit 285 for receiving outputs from both the CCDs 221, 279 and selectively outputting a signal; and a liquid crystal monitor 26 for executing through-image display on the basis of an output of the switching circuit 285.
