PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device which is constituted so as not to become large-sized and can set a flashing device in a power-saving actuation state. SOLUTION: The photographing device is equipped with: an end position regulating part having an abutting part on which a moving body to move in a predetermined moving range abuts when the moving body passes the end of the moving range, and a deforming body which generates electromotive force in accordance with its deformation, the deformation being restored by the application of voltage, and which is directly or indirectly deformed by abutting force produced when the moving body abuts on the abutting part; a detection part detecting the electromotive force generated in the deforming body; and a voltage control part for restoring the moving body to the end of the moving range by controlling voltage so that the deformation of the deforming body may be restored when the detection part detects the electromotive force.
