<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moisture-restoring deodorant jelly easy to drink by aged persons weak in power of swallowing food and drink or persons who have difficulty in swallowing, easy to be absorbed in the body and hard to cause pneumonia even when the jelly flows into the air tube so as to be excellent in safeness, and having both of moisture restoring function and deodorant function. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture-restoring deodorant jelly is obtained by adding 7.00 g of a gelling agent, 0.16 g of Trisodium Citrate, 0.12 g of calcium lactate, 0.03 g of magnesium sulfate, 0.21 g of artificial sweetener, 1.20 g of citric acid, 0.26 g of malic acid, 0.06 g of sodium glutamate, 2.00 g of champignon extract, and 1.00 g of lemon essence into 987.96 g of water, stirring the mixture while heated; and filtrating the heated/stirred mixture liquid; housing the filtrated liquid in a flexible poly tube container; and sterilizing the container with the mixture liquid at 80°C for 30 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
