PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement locking implement which allows an easy locking in a position relatively far from the end of a reinforcement and delivers a strong locking force with respect to the reinforcement. SOLUTION: A reinforcement locking implement 10 is equipped with a body member 11 having a through hole 11a into which a reinforcement can be inserted and a pair of fitting members 12 fitted between the reinforcement inserted into the through hole 11a and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 11a. The inner peripheral surface 11b of the through hole 11a is formed in a funnel shape whose diameter is contracted along the direction of an axial center C. The inner peripheral surface of the fitting member 12 is provided with a female screw 12a of an engaging part with the reinforcement. The outer peripheral surface 12b of the fitting member 12 is a conical surface which comes into surface-contact with the inner peripheral surface 11b of the body member 11. The outer periphery of the body member 11 has a substantially cylindrical inserting part 11c and a flange 11d having an outer diameter larger than the inserting part 11c has.
