PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight umbrella fitting device of an automobile having a simple structure which is capable of stably mounting an umbrella to the automobile, excellent in design property, and capable of preventing the appearance of the automobile from being impaired. SOLUTION: A horizontal turning arm 3 which can be turned in the horizontal direction at a predetermined angle is provided on an upper portion of a base member 2 attachably/detachably fixed to a roof of an automobile. A clamp member 4 for attachably/detachably mounting a shaft of an umbrella is mounted to the fore end of the turning arm 3 so as to turn the turning arm 3 in a state along the longitudinal direction and an erected state. An umbrella holding mechanism 5 for attachably/detachably holding the shaft of the fitted umbrella is provided on a front side in the erected state of the clamp member 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
